1 -  How do I get rid of the crumbs in my Tefal toaster?

Simply take your toaster to the bin or sink and open the crumb tray at the bottom of the toaster. The crumbs will fall out immediately. To remove crumbs which are stuck in the toaster, shake the toaster well during cleaning.

2 -  How should I clean my toaster?

The appliance does not require much maintenance. From time to time, clean the outside with a damp cloth and a small amount of dishwashing liquid. Do not use any abrasive products or cleaners containing alcohol. Only use mild and neutral dishwashing liquid.

3 - Is it possible to toast and reheat at the same time?

No. A patented safety system ensures that the appliance only operates one process at the same time. It therefore grills in the vertical position and reheats in the horizontal position.

4 -  What is the best type of bread for an even toasting result?

Use standard square cut bread. Remember that stale bread toasts faster than fresh bread; frozen bread takes longer. If a slice of bread gets stuck, switch off the appliance and leave it to cool. Unplug the appliance before attempting to remove the bread. You can then remove the bread without the risk of touching a hot element. Remember never to leave a toaster unattended whilst in operation.

5 - Where can I place my toaster?

Do not place your toaster next to curtains, in built-in cupboards or directly in front of a socket.
